Books must be returned in their original condition and packaging, where applicable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We generally do not accept returns for:
- Books that have been used, written in, highlighted, or damaged after delivery.
- Books with missing or damaged pages caused after delivery.
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
- Items returned without prior approval from BoiBangla.store.
- Change-of-mind purchases, unless otherwise approved by us.
3. Reporting a Problem
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

If the return is required because we sent a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product, BoiBangla.store may cover reasonable return or replacement delivery costs.
If a return is approved for another reason, any applicable delivery or return costs may be deducted from the refund or paid by the customer.
